SHIPPING

• Orders are usually shipped within 15 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends.
• Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

• We will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery(within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.
• Shipping costs and alteration fees will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded.
• Due to current transportation delays, it's taking longer than usual to process returns and issue refunds.
• Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
• Our carriers are FedEx, FedEx Smartpost and USPS. Please note that carriers are selected based upon the delivery address.
• We are able to ship Worldwide. 
• The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
• Shipping costs for international orders vary based on content and the destination country.

• Please note that weight, dimension, and size may affect the total shipping cost on some items.
• International orders ship via one of the following shipping methods*:

1. International Standard (8-24 business days)
2. International Expedited (6-14 business days)
3. International Rapid (4-5 business days)

• International Standard orders are tendered to your local post office for final delivery. Please contact customs or your local postal service if your order is delayed, as it may have been held for inspection or duties/taxes. This is applicable to all international shipping methods.
• Due to international shipping laws/restrictions, we are not able to ship lighters (other flammable items) and food products internationally.
